Who We Are

At THRIVEGulu, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. We have a team of professional counselors ready to help you cope up with life’s difficulties.

We work with participants of all ages. While we’re physically located in Gulu and offer services locally, we also provide Tele-counseling services to help people who can’t meet our counselors in person.

Our Counseling Services

Since we serve people from all walks of life, our services are tailored to accommodate all participants

One on One

We all have personal battles –be it moods, behavior or emotional challenges. Our One-on-One program allows you to interact with one of our counselors to tackle your problem.

Couple

To be a happy couple, you need greater clarity about your goals and a deeper connection. We help couples navigate challenges that include, infidelity, co-parenting, and addictions, among others.

Family

A happy family is a result of a healthy relationship between the family members. Our family therapy service helps to address issues that affect the proper functioning of your family.

Group

In group therapy sessions, we have one or more therapists helping a group of participants at the same time. Our Dance+Therapy project is one of the most successful helping 11 Youth Groups in Omoro district and Gulu City.

Tele-Counseling

Can’t physically meet our therapists? No problem. Our tele-counseling service helps you to move forward with your counseling sessions from wherever you might be.

Psychoeducation

Under psychoeducation therapy, we educate and support communities through physical meetings and radio talk shows. We provide information to help the community cope with mental challenges.
